Responsibilities

Interact with the aircraft across multiple sub-systems throughout assembly
Responsible for testing of all systems and sub-systems on the aircraft
Responsible for developing new test equipment as testing requirements are updated, as well as documenting complex test procedures for use by non-technical co-workers when writing procedures
Support the MTE Project team with the project management of test equipment and Support Equipment
Must be available to work any shift and weekends as required

Required

Functional test experience (i.e. creating and maintaining System Check Out Procedures for vehicle systems, and providing technical test support or overseeing the development and maintenance of vehicle functional test software used to test systems)
Experience developing manufacturing test plans (i.e. identifying manufacturing test equipment requirements, etc.)
Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) experience (e.g. 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM, etc.)
Pre-power, power on vehicle experience is required
Automated circuit testing is required
Vehicle software loading experience is required
General computer architecture and/or communications bus architecture knowledge is required
Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years - required to apply
Experience with inter-departmental communication, both written and verbal, is required as this position requires extensive interface with peers, customers, associate contractors, management, and touch labor across varied disciplines on a daily basis

Preferred

Bachelors Degree with 2+ years experience
Previous experience with engineering releases and configuration change control is desired
LabView experience is preferred
Experience with MS Office
Software Programming Experience with: CATIA, TeamCenter, iBASEt
