Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously; route calls to the appropriate departments or staff
Provide general information to callers and assist with basic inquiries
Manage multi-line phone systems and monitor call queues efficiently
Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery to the correct recipient
Greet and assist visitors or clients when applicable
Maintain accurate call logs and update contact directories as needed
Handle emergency or priority calls according to established procedures
Perform basic clerical or administrative support such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational communication policies
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Six months of experience handling customer's questions, complaints and/or providing information
Preferred
Fluent in Spanish
