InternThe Career Launch Tech Initiative (CLTI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved individuals through technology and training. They are seeking a Volunteer Recruiter to help source, screen, and onboard volunteers to expand their impact.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Source and engage prospective volunteers across various platforms using (LinkedIn, volunteer boards, universities, community groups, etc.)
Screen candidates using AI to ensure alignment with CLTI’s mission, values, and skills needs
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation for new volunteers
Maintain accurate records of recruitment pipelines and volunteer data
Collaborate with CLTI leadership to forecast volunteer needs and develop recruitment campaigns
Support a positive, inclusive, and mission-centered volunteer culture
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for social impact, workforce development technology, and equity in education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior recruiting, HR, or outreach experience
