Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held fleet management business seeking an IT Business Analyst Associate. The role involves developing and maintaining business and functional requirements, evaluating business requests, and serving as the primary interface between users and the IT team.

Responsibilities

Developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements

Evaluating business requests to determine feasibility

Researching and identifying options that best serve business needs

Presenting information and tracking and responding to questions related to business standards

Participating in acceptance testing, identifying potential problems, and assisting with researching opportunities to minimize complexity

Serving as the primary interface between the user and the IT team

Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours

Must have successfully completed the 2025 Enterprise IT Internship Program

Must have at least 1 year of related experience

Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
