Responsibilities

Constructing, updating, and maintaining all of the district servers, both physical and virtual
SCCM management (installing software and updates on windows devices
Power management for all district Windows machines (scheduled start up and shutdown)
New computer deployments
Manage email system, SPAM filter
Altaro, Veeams, Avamar backups for all district servers
Testing of software packages
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Texas driver's license
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Active Directory
Back-up and Archive systems
Virtual and Cluster server environments
Active Directory and Group Policy configurations
Other network related applications such as: NAC, Internet filtering and enterprise desktop/mobile management solutions
Project Management
At least 5 years' experience working with SCCM and Active Directory
At least 5 years' experience selecting and installing server hardware/software
Experience managing Microsoft Exchange
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Strong ability to multi-task
Occasional prolonged and irregular hours
Communicating well in both oral and written form
Sitting continuously
Repeating the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times
Reading close work such as typed or handwritten material
