Traveling Service Supervisor

Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and customer-centric Traveling Service Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you’ll travel to various locations to support the upkeep and quality of communities, leading on-site maintenance efforts and collaborating with service teams to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and supervise the service team in daily operations
Manage financial resources for maintenance and repair projects while adhering to budget parameters. Provide detailed explanations for any budget variances
Manage and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety, OSHA, and legal requirements to protect residents and minimize liability
Conduct regular property inspections to assess adherence to policies and procedures, developing corrective action plans as needed. Ensure the community’s appearance and cleanliness meet high standards across grounds, buildings, amenities, and common areas
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory, purchasing supplies and equipment as needed, and ensuring budget compliance
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep

Required

High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool maintenance
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification
EPA 608 (Environmental Protection Agency) certification
Required to maintain personal tools for the position
Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance
Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform responsibilities

Preferred
