They are seeking Full Stack Engineers to design and build a greenfield execution monitoring and control platform that supports core desk workflows and real-time decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend services in C# / .NET (primary language)
Contribute to Python tooling and data processing where needed
Build desk-facing UI components with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
Lead or contribute to system design: distributed services, API design, performance strategy
Improve reliability and observability across production systems (monitoring, logging, alerting)
Partner with traders and desk stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions quickly
Own delivery across the full lifecycle: design → implementation → deployment → production support

Qualification

Required

Strong engineering experience building production-grade systems
Hands-on experience in C# / .NET (or Java/C++ with willingness to move into C#)
Solid system design skills and an understanding of distributed systems
Performance-aware mindset and strong engineering fundamentals
Able to contribute across UI and backend components
Strong communication and ability to work directly with desk stakeholders

Preferred

Python experience (or willingness to learn quickly)
Experience in financial markets, trading, or systematic environments
Understanding of real-time systems, monitoring platforms, or high-throughput services
Strong UI appreciation — they value engineers who care about usability and polish
