Business Analyst (Salesforce & Mulesoft Integration)
Elgebra is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce and Mulesoft integration experience to support critical projects across the enterprise. The right candidate will excel at translating business needs into technical requirements while facilitating communication between cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Facilitate requirements gathering, definition, and elicitation from business partners
Create clear and concise User Stories, ensuring compliance with INVEST and current best practices
Perform impact analysis on systems, users, dependencies, and project deliverables
Coordinate communications across all project channels to ensure alignment and transparency
Provide and accept constructive feedback while fostering continuous improvement
Independently research tools, systems, and solutions to support project goals
Support integration efforts across Salesforce, Mulesoft, ICOMS, and CSG
Develop wireframes, process maps, and integration documentation to guide development and implementation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Business Analysis within Agile and Scrum frameworks
Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams with competing needs
Expertise writing User Stories and functional requirements
Ability to assess and ensure compliance with best practices (e.g., INVEST)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Office suite
Salesforce experience, with a solid understanding of Salesforce data structures
Mulesoft experience – integration design and support
Experience with wireframing and integration documentation
Strong analytical and impact analysis capabilities
Preferred
Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) expertise
Jira project management experience
MS Visio or Lucidchart for BPMN and process flows
Experience constructing “as-is” and “to-be” process models
Previous exposure to ICOMS and CSG integrations
