Responsibilities

Collaborate with globally distributed teams to manage and drive the development and delivery of enterprise network engineering products, utilizing automation and software programs to provide efficient network services to customers

Develop reports to track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall status; collaborate with stakeholders to manage, track, and control project issues to ensure timely delivery

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution of customer engagements

Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for Enterprise product and service enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in program management

Experience delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs

Experience in customer-facing roles within the technology industry (i.e. networking, Cloud, consulting, enterprise)

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile project management certification, or similar

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Experience with physical deployment and troubleshooting of networking infrastructure

Experience in Network Infrastructure, Design and Architecture
