Responsibilities
Lead daily jobsite operations from initial mobilization through project closeout
Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce all site-specific safety plans
Build and sustain positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Utilize construction management software to maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and communication
Deliver highly organized, clean, and professional project turnovers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of field leadership experience in Commercial or Institutional construction
Proven ability to manage multiple trades, maintain tight schedules, and drive high execution standards
Proficiency with construction management software; scheduling experience (P6, MS Project, etc.) is advantageous
Preferred
Experience with ground-up, renovation, or vertical construction across education, healthcare, municipal, or commercial markets
