Responsibilities

Build and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Design intuitive, high-performance UI workflows used directly by trading stakeholders
Partner closely with traders and desk users to gather requirements and deliver real-time improvements
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate UI with C# services and APIs
Contribute to engineering standards: code quality, performance, testing and reliability
Help shape UI architecture for scalability, maintainability and long-term evolution

Qualification

Required

Strong experience in JavaScript fundamentals and modern frontend development
Proven React experience (or similar modern frameworks)
Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where performance matters
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with traders
A genuine interest in financial markets and front-office systems

Preferred

Willingness to learn backend and contribute to API integration (C# / .NET exposure is a plus)
Experience building UI for real-time systems (trading, monitoring, analytics, etc.)
Familiarity with performance optimisation, state management, and frontend architecture
