Responsibilities
Monitor and support live systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes
Act as a first responder for trading system incidents , performing root-cause analysis and remediation
Develop and maintain Python tools for monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, and post-trade analysis
Operate and troubleshoot Linux-based trading infrastructure (low-latency and batch environments)
Manage trading lifecycle processes including:
Strategy deployments and configuration
Market data validation
Order and execution monitoring
End-of-day reconciliations and reporting
Collaborate with quants and developers to productionize new strategies
Improve system resilience through automation, testing, and operational best practices
Document operational procedures and contribute to runbooks
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in trading operations, production support, or trading systems
Strong Python skills (data analysis, scripting, automation)
Solid experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Familiarity with systematic or algorithmic trading systems
Strong troubleshooting skills under time-critical conditions
Experience working with logs, monitoring tools, and distributed systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with front-office stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting quantitative trading strategies
Knowledge of financial markets (equities, futures, FX, options, crypto)
SQL and database experience (Postgres, MySQL, or similar)
Experience with Bash scripting
Experience with Docker / containers
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
Understanding of market data feeds and exchange protocols
