Responsibilities

Advise on representations and warranties insurance policies in connection with corporate transactions
Collaborate with clients, brokers, underwriters, and internal deal teams on transactional risk matters
Analyze insurance-related issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related provisions and legal documentation with precision
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting transaction timelines and priorities

Required

Superior research and analytical abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
