Arrowhead Engineered Products is seeking a Shipping - Warehouse Administrative Assistant to manage operations related to inbound and outbound shipments. The role involves scheduling, documenting shipments, assisting warehouse supervisors, and ensuring the accuracy of shipping processes.

Responsibilities

Accurately schedule all inbound and/or outbound freight shipments
Accurately document all inbound and/or outbound shipments
Assist the Supervisor and/or Lead with maintaining flow of containers/orders on the floor
Assist on the warehouse floor with breakdown and wrapping of pallets, labeling, unloading/loading trucks, etc
Identify mistakes before they are received and/or shipped and record errors to drive continuous improvement
Ensure documentation of processes and procedures are up to date
Work with Supply Chain on shipments that have overages and shortages
Create labels for international and/or domestic shipments as needed
Accurately create export documents for international shipments
Create packing lists for customer orders and transfer orders
Assist with order processing
Assist with receiving inbound shipments
Assist with daily Cash orders
Complete international shipping docs and consolidations
Maintain WMS
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

RF handheld experienceMicrosoft ExcelWarehouse Management SystemDocumentation skillsCommunication skills

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Preferred

2+ years of related job experience
RF handheld experience
