Thunder is seeking a visionary Enablement Consultant to serve as the cornerstone of their federal practice. The role involves leading training, onboarding, and change management for users and admins within complex federal environments, while shaping the enablement strategy using the latest cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs for both end-users and system administrators

Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new users are successfully integrated into federal cloud environments

Drive the change management process, coordinating with internal teams and federal stakeholders to navigate cultural and technical shifts

Implement advanced strategies and tools to monitor and increase user engagement across Salesforce and AWS environments

Provide guidance and best practices to development and consulting teams regarding user experience and system sustainability

Maintain and apply expert knowledge of Salesforce certifications and enablement protocols

Required

US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s)

5-7+ years of experience leading training, onboarding, and change management cycles, with hands-on experience in automated enablement platforms

Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Agentforce

Proven leadership skills and experience in managing enablement for large, complex federal projects

Strong strategic thinking and ability to align training solutions with federal business objectives

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
