They are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead product delivery, build a high-performing engineering team, and shape the technology and culture of the company.

Responsibilities
Own the execution, architecture, and quality of the full product stack — including platform, knowledge engine, agentic workflows, and deployments
Write and review code from day one, taking deep ownership of core parts of the system
Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team that moves fast and takes pride in craftsmanship
Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps that deliver real outcomes for customers
Collaborate directly with product, founders, and customers to ensure impact, reliability, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in early-stage, high-growth technology companies
Deep technical expertise — you still enjoy jumping into code and solving hard engineering problems
Strong capabilities building secure, scalable cloud systems; bonus for on-prem or air-gapped deployments
Track record of hiring and developing high-caliber technical talent
Customer-obsessed mindset: You care about solving real operational challenges, not building complexity for complexity's sake
Proficiency or familiarity with technologies like Python, Go, TypeScript, and Docker
Preferred
Experience in security, data platforms, or autonomous/agentic AI systems
Background with complex systems at scale — think Splunk, Databricks, CrowdStrike, etc
You bias toward action and outcomes — a doer, not a deck builder
You're equally comfortable being the architect, the debugger, and the mentor
