Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients, driving adoption and engagement with the Thnks platform
Strengthen client relationships by driving platform utilization through tailored strategies and campaigns
Develop and execute annual strategic plans linking Thnks to measurable business objectives
Identify and seize opportunities for account expansion across teams, regions, and divisions
Utilize data-driven insights to maintain and grow financial projections, ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly targets
Act as a thought leader, delivering innovative solutions, including custom campaigns, price promotions, and participation in events or conferences
Collaborate across revenue functions, including Marketing and Sales, to enhance client success and engagement
Represent Thnks in face-to-face meetings to deepen client partnerships

Required

4 - 6 years in client success or account management roles, preferably in B2B environments
Demonstrated ability to foster trust with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to link client goals to actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
Comfortable analyzing data and generating insights to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a tactful approach to customer interactions
Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed to strengthen client relationships

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
