Responsible for liaising with clients on international and domestic tax situations
Review tax returns and identifying opportunities for improvement
Provide expert tax advice across client portfolio on various tax matters including corporate, foreign corporations, state and local tax
Ensure compliance with tax laws
Qualification
Required
Around 6-10 years of international and domestic tax experience
Must have worked for a public accounting firm
Excellent communication, research and time management skills
Experience training and mentoring tax team members
Some international travel may be required
Preferred
Ideally CPA license holder, or willing to obtain
Minimum Bachelors degree qualified or above, ideally in taxation or a related field
