Responsibilities

The AI & Applications Officer will design, develop, and manage:
AI-generated and narrated videos for:
Website pages
Board & leadership introductions
Program highlights
Event promotions
Community engagement initiatives
Training & onboarding videos for:
Board Members
Assistant Board Members
Volunteers
Interns
Educational and instructional videos supporting BRAVE programs
Audio narration and voice-over creation as needed
Video storage, organization, and lifecycle management
Includes responsibility for:
Maintaining brand consistency across all media
Ensuring accessibility of video content
Exporting and formatting content for multiple platforms
Collaborating with Communications & Marketing Officer
Responsible for the automation and management of:
Logo and brand mark usage
Automated image and graphic templates
Standardized presentation and video branding
Consistent typography and color usage
Digital asset naming and storage conventions
Organizational media repository
Ensures:
Version control
Secure storage
Ease of access across teams
Oversees organizational application platforms including (as applicable):
Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Canva
Adobe products
AI video platforms (Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.)
Digital workflow and automation tools
File storage and digital organization systems
Responsibilities include:
Application inventory and oversight
Access + role permissions management
Alignment of tools with operations and governance
Recommending tools that improve automation, productivity, and efficiency
Supporting onboarding of users to applications
Maintaining application documentation
Partners closely with:
Technology Officer
Communications & Marketing Officer
CEO Office
The AI & Applications Officer will:
Support the CY2026 theme of Efficiency & Automation
Identify opportunities to automate:
Training processes
Communications workflows
Digital content development
Provide recommendations for scaling AI use across functions
Participate in annual digital strategy planning
Present quarterly updates to the Board of Directors

Required

Strong understanding of AI content development tools
Experience with video & digital media production

Collaborative and solution-focused mindset
Self-motivated and have a passion for Innovation, AI, and taking BRAVE to the next level
