Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with overall program goals

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed to maintain alignment with objectives

Oversee project deliverables and ensure quality meets client expectations

Communicate project status updates to stakeholders effectively

Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more project(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers

Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field coupled with 8+ years software and/or finance experience

10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the IT or Government contracting sector

Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) development, Acquisition Program Management to a Level I/II/III/ACAT program of record, or related experience

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

US citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
