Responsibilities
Own the CEO’s schedule and priorities. Manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar, anticipate conflicts, and prioritize strategically so the CEO stays focused on the highest-impact work
Prepare for meetings and communications. Create agendas, briefing materials, and talking points for key meetings and engagements. Capture notes, track follow-ups, and ensure important decisions and action items move forward
Coordinate administrative and operational logistics. Handle complex travel planning, event coordination, office logistics, and essential paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
Act as a culture carrier. Represent the CEO with professionalism and warmth, build strong relationships across the company, and help foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture
Lead and manage the Executive Assistant team, providing direction, prioritization, and support while ensuring seamless executive and organizational operations
Qualification
Required
A genuine passion for being an Executive Assistant with at least 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Strong judgment and discretion
Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy and curious about modern tools
