Responsibilities

Responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices

Managing the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance

Setting up and managing Cisco network switches to meet specific network requirements. Includes setting management IP and default gateway, configuring VLANs and adding access ports

Supporting onboard installations to include running hardware/software checks and migrating data from legacy systems onto the new system

Conducting tests of CANES baseline systems and software

Required

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline

1 year of relevant experience and Submarine ITS-N experience is required

U.S. Citizenship

Preferred

Experience with TCP/IP and common protocols

Experience in building a server to include BIOS and RAID configuration

Experience with VMware ESX and vSphere

Experience with using Command Line and running scripts in Powershell and Putty
