Responsibilities
Use test stand WMA software to monitor test stand FTT and stand-to-stand correlation
Track concerns and review initial test results/data from all relevant test equipment
Champion the use of data to understand and resolve test failure root causes
Monitor failures and communicate multiple identical failure issues to appropriate management personnel
Conduct monthly reviews of critical test point variable trend charts
Lead and conduct process audits to ensure process discipline is consistent with guidelines
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
5 years of related experience in manufacturing or engineering
Proven experience with EOL testing principles, including data knowledge of leak, NVH, and balance testers
Experience with WMA/Sciemetric test software
Demonstrated leadership in team-building and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience in final axle assembly manufacturing
Proficiency with Quality Assessment tools such as QDAS and Minitab
Background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with 8D and 5Why problem-solving techniques
