Responsibilities
Advise clients on antitrust matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
Prepare, review, and manage Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings
Collaborate with other antitrust attorneys on transaction-related regulatory issues
Supervise associates and guide workstreams on complex matters
Assist with fact development, depositions, and coordination with experts
Draft and review discovery responses, briefs, motions, and internal memoranda
Develop and execute case and regulatory strategy
Qualification
Required
More than 8 years of experience in antitrust law with a strong focus on HSR filings
Familiarity with global merger control processes
Superior research, analytical, and writing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
Proven project management skills and attention to detail
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction
Preferred
Government antitrust experience is preferred but not required
