Responsibilities

Ensure that medical and other needed equipment is readily available to units throughout the Straub network of hospitals and clinics
Distribute medical equipment and supplies according to established procedures and techniques
Inventory and replenish medical supplies via various distribution systems
Transport supplies and equipment to appropriate locations
Maintain accurate departmental records

Qualification

Central Supply Technician CertificationCentral processing experienceHigh school diplomaOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

High school graduate or equivalent

Preferred

Current national Central Supply Technician Certification
Six (6) months SPD or central processing related experience
