Automotive Sales Manager
Dick Hannah Dealerships is a family-run automotive business that has been operational since 1949. The Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing customer retention and profitability, managing finance functions, and leading the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities
Structures vehicle deals, including contracting customers, ensuring accurate paperwork, and getting deals bought by bank; making necessary corrections and performing resigns, and assumes full responsibility for funding delays
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of your team sales employees, creating and maintaining a strong and effective team
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect sales
Assists individual salespeople in setting realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals
Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system
Conducts daily and/or weekly sales meetings
Provides effective communication throughout the sales department as well as interdepartmentally
Ensures that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures
Manage and maintain high ratings in customer reviews
Qualification

Physical ability to use computer hardware/software
Excellent supervisory/managerial skills
Team building and training/development skills
Ability to actively participate in team development and processes while motivating others to do the same
Basic knowledge of dealership operations
Must maintain clean driving record and be insurable with company insurance
