Responsibilities

Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges
Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues
Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
Handle class and collective actions, discrimination matters, and complex employment disputes
Manage litigation matters in a first-chair capacity
Supervise and oversee associate and paralegal work on assigned matters

Required

Admission to the Michigan Bar required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities
Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
