They are seeking a dynamic college student for a summer internship in their Trademark Excellence Sensory Insights team, where the intern will conduct sensory projects, assist with trial design, and analyze results.
Food Production
Responsibilities
Conducting independent sensory projects
Assisting with trial design, execution, and documentation
Analyzing trial results using appropriate statistical techniques
Effectively communicating scientific results in written and verbal formats
Qualification
Required
Student in Sophomore or greater status working towards a degree in Food Science or related field
Interest in Research and Development with a focus on New Product Development, Sensory Analysis and or Microbiology
Mature, positive outlook with ability to focus on multiple duties across different areas
Advanced Word and Excel skills- particularly graphing, table manipulation, and some statistical application
Strong math skills with some exposure to statistics
Strong work ethic, self-starter
Able to maintain confidentiality
