Responsibilities

Execute installations and service calls ensuring system performance at clients sites

Support operational training for customer operators

Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutions

Work alongside the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations

Produce technical documents

Qualification

Required

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field

1-2 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems (Machinery, Automotive etc)

Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings

MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience conducting technical training to clients or coaching operators and technicians

English language proficiency (Level C1/C2)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, with periods of 5–10 consecutive days on site when needed

A valid driver's license

Preferred

knowledge of Rhinoceros

Experience with industrial robots, CNC machines, AM / 3D printing, or other complex automated systems
