Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry
Accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data into the assigned system
Ensure data entered is free of errors by reviewing and correcting discrepancies
Follow company security and confidentiality procedures, especially regarding HIPAA regulations
Perform light office tasks such as filing, sorting, and proofreading as needed
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused in a busy environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior data entry experience required; we will train the right candidate
