Responsibilities

Supervise the implementation of agreements, negotiate to secure agreed objectives, and coordinate the work of all parties involved
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations, with a strong focus on good governance and our shared values, particularly putting clients at the heart of our business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required

Must be a member in good standing of a US Bar
Minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in contract drafting and negotiation at a law firm or in-house

Self-directed, initiative-driven, and goal-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills, accustomed to working and engaging with a diverse team of people
