Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to draft, update, and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs
Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong hiring pipelines
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future roles
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview rounds with internal teams
Conduct reference checks and support basic background verification as part of the hiring process
Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and hiring tracker, including interview feedback and next steps
Provide coordination and administrative support for People Operations and team initiatives, as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent coordination, HR operations, or a similar people-facing role
Strong interest in recruiting and candidate engagement
Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support the team as needed
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the company professionally
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and work with new tools and systems
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); familiarity with ATS or hiring tools is a plus
