Nefab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in non-automotive sectors. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand market presence.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries through market research and networking
Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within non-automotive industries
Strong strategic planning abilities to develop actionable growth initiatives
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
Effective project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and internal teams
Knowledge of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategic actions
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, sales, or related field, packaging a strong plus
Five or more years of business development experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Proven track record of building new relationships and achieving sales goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
Must be an independent, proactive, and self-motivated person who will offer exceptional service to our customers
Preferred
Technical sales experience is a plus
Industrial, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment and Healthcare segment experience is highly desirable
Experience with plastics packaging & blueprint reading is a plus
