Review documents for recordation
Record, scan, and image realty/legal instruments into federal system of record
Create and maintain hard copy and electronic files
Perform extensive records research
Print title reports from the system of record
Records management in accordance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures
Data entry into a federal system of record
Responds to client inquiries and routes to appropriate individuals, as necessary
Qualification

Excellent grammar and communication skills
Works well independently and under pressure
Must type a minimum of 55 wpm
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook
Must comply with applicable training and security requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year experience in an office environment
Preferred
Experience reading and interpreting legal descriptions, real estate transactions and Chain of title
Additional relevant education a plus
