Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Provide guidance and consultation with hiring managers and peers

Source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including advanced search techniques and passive candidate engagement

Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and values fit

Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process

Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including candidate travel and interview scheduling

Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics

Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence

Identify job fairs and other recruitment events to develop staffing plans for assigned areas of focus

Manage budget for recruitment initiatives
