Law Practice

Responsibilities

Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure all key deadlines and statues of limitations are met
Draft and prepare legal documents, including: Notice of Claims, Summonses and Complaints, Bill of Particulars, Discovery Demands and Responses, Notes of Issue, Subpoenas, Trial preparation materials
Electronically file legal documents in compliance with NYS and NYC court rules
Prepare demand packages and support attorneys with discovery and case development

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal handling New York cases

NYS Notary Public license or willingness to obtain one
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Demonstrates empathy, confidentiality, and a client-first mindset
