Manage incoming email inquiries in the following areas
Global Run Club
Race Results
Age Group World Rankings & Championships
Gold Club
Stars Program
Facilitate monthly Global Run Club challenges - building challenges on app
Create & Scheduling Global Run Club communications
Assist with race results processing and management
As needed:
Assist with the Gold Club website updates
Assist with event planning
Assist with special projects
Qualification
Required
Two to four years in a customer service or related field
Two to four years' experience in project planning or management
Demonstrative skills in processing large sets of data using Excel
A high degree of organization with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once
A keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Open to flexible working hours
