Responsibilities
Build and manage your own roster: source, recruit, sign, and onboard talent
Provide high-touch management and personalized career guidance
Mentor and oversee coordinators supporting daily operations
Develop strategic growth plans and career roadmaps for talent
Source brand opportunities and submit talent to relevant castings
Negotiate rates, contracts, and partnership terms
Lead campaigns across multiple sectors including licensing, IP, and long-term brand development
Oversee full campaign lifecycle from briefings to execution
Forge new brand relationships aligned with talent positioning
Track trends across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to elevate talent presence
Support cross-industry opportunities and entertainment sector expansion
Create post-campaign reports and internal case studies
Adapt to evolving talent needs and take on new responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
1+ years managing talent or creators, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong understanding of brand partnerships, digital media, and social platforms
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience developing career strategies and growth plans for talent
Preferred
Entertainment industry experience and network of contacts is a plus
