Product Marketing Manager (Remote)

The Product Marketing Manager will define and own the product narrative, leading go-to-market strategies and ensuring effective messaging that translates features into business value to drive adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities

Support product positioning and messaging by collecting customer feedback, survey inputs, and interview insights across target customer segments and use cases
Conduct customer surveys, feedback sessions, and basic market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and value perception
Assist in planning and executing go-to-market (GTM) activities for new features or updates, in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Help create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards based on customer insights and common objections
Track and summarize competitive information by monitoring competitor messaging, feature updates, and market trends, and sharing insights with internal teams
Support customer adoption and engagement by documenting use cases, success stories, and feedback-led narratives
Work with Digital Marketing teams to translate insights into campaign inputs, messaging briefs, and content themes
Share customer and market feedback with Product teams to help inform roadmap discussions and communication
Measure basic GTM effectiveness by tracking feature adoption, campaign response, customer feedback trends, and win/loss inputs
Conduct on-site customer visits to understand requirements, demonstrate the product, and engage in detailed discussions to address customer needs and feedback

Required

4–6 years in Product Marketing or GTM roles
Strong experience in B2B SaaS, preferably enterprise or vertical SaaS
Having completed MBA or equivalent degree
Proven expertise in product positioning, messaging, and GTM execution
Strong understanding of buyer personas, ICP segmentation, and value selling
Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives
Experience supporting Sales in competitive, high-consideration deals
Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing

Preferred

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation tech
Experience with AI/tech-heavy products and innovation-led GTMs
