Supporting financial planning and analysis efforts
Preparing financial exhibits and tax projections
Raising cash and sending distributions to clients or gathering assets
Administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, sending invoices and processing checks and maintaining records
Coordinate sending tax data to the clients' accountants
Collaborate closely with the business owner on a daily basis
Grow into working with clients' children and then taking on their own clients depending upon experience
Qualification
Required
Looking to hire a former or current Ayco financial planner
Needs tax projection preparation skills and knowledge of Bloomberg's tax software
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in eMoney financial planning software, along with Microsoft Excel skills
