Sports Product Operation & Strategy Manager - TikTok

The role involves developing product solutions, driving implementation, analyzing data for optimization, and collaborating with various teams to enhance sports event operations.

Responsibilities
Based on sports events, develop productized solutions that balance user experience and rights-holder requirements, and define core product needs
Drive the implementation of product capabilities, coordinate with Product, Engineer, design, and Data teams to ensure on-time launch, and conduct post-launch analysis to measure effectiveness and iterate
Analyze event performance data and user feedback to optimize product strategies and improve engagement metrics
Collaborate with Partnership, BD, and User growth teams to integrate product solutions into overall event operations
Establish and document best practices and reusable product frameworks for sports event operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in internet product operation or product management
Excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills
Results-driven
Exceptional user insight capabilities, with the ability to deeply understand the needs of rights-holders and creators
Preferred
Strong product thinking and project management skills, able to translate operational needs into clear product requirements
Understanding of sports industry and event operations is preferred
Solid data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL is a plus
