Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and implementation of OneStream solutions covering both planning and consolidation
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical designs
Build and configure workflows, data models, business rules, dashboards, and integrations that support financial close and planning
Oversee delivery across design, build, deployment, and optimisation phases
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and peer team members to ensure quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a OneStream Architect or Lead across multiple full project lifecycles
Deep technical capability with OneStream, including configuration, workflows, business rules, and integrations
Solid understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, planning, and reporting processes
Confident communicator able to work effectively with both technical teams and finance stakeholders
Preferred
Experience integrating with ERP and external data platforms is highly beneficial
