Information Technology
Responsibilities
Working with anonymous customer data, app feature analysis
The reports and SQL logic are set, reporting is a manual process
Perform updates to SQL logic
Upload SQL query information to Tableau
Review reports on a weekly basis to perform customer behavior or product feature analysis and put together insights
Edit insights into the correct format and share the report with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL and Python for statistical programming & data modeling
Enterprise-level experience handling product and/or customer data
Experimentation – AB testing, causal inference
Experience developing data science concepts like predictive models, recommendation systems, segmentation/classification, etc
Exposure to machine learning work like LLM & NLP
Must be a self starter and problem solver
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to be flexible while navigating competing priorities
Strong business acumen and ability to combine technical skills to create actionable and measurable insights that drive business objectives
