Responsibilities

Design and develop critical components for data change, recovery, and overall data integrity

Work on many of Google’s database systems, understanding their similarities and differences, and contribute to solutions like Spanner Managed DML (SMDML) and Spanner Point-in-Time Restore (SPiTR)

Collaborate with numerous internal customers to enhance their data integrity posture, covering prevention, detection, mitigation, and notification strategies

Manage, modify, and recover data, increasing Google’s reliability and velocity

Contribute to a platform that unifies and integrates existing data integrity products to simplify data management and response to incidents

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience in software development

2 years of experience in C++ coding
