Guide the team and perform hands-on development
Build robust, efficient, and effective solutions
Identify opportunities to optimize applications
Coordinate with clients for requirement clarification and solution discussions
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
15 years of hands-on coding experience in CA/2E (Synon)
8 years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL AS400 and/or Cobol ILE
Strong experience in DB2400
Proficiency in iSeries, SYNON, COBOL, AS400 (Mid-Range), ILE, COBOL/400, CLLE, SQL
Experience working with ACMS/MOM
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in leading teams in an onshore/offshore model
