Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

Oversee organizational strategy
Develop partnerships
Lead initiatives in Global Health, Environmental Conservation, and Sports & Wellness Development
Securing new national and international consultancies
Designing, implementing, managing, evaluating either county, state, national and/or continental projects and/or programs
Fostering collaborations
Ensuring project delivery milestones
Overseeing team performance
Supporting fundraising efforts
Represent ASE at international forums
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the firm's goals

Required

Doctorate degree in Medicine, Epidemiology, or Public Health is required
Expertise in Global Public Health domains such as Tropical Medicine, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Maternal and Child Health, Epidemiology, and Health Information Systems
Proven ability in Environmental Conservation, including Wildlife Conservation and Endangered Species Protection
Experience in Wellness & Sports, Sports Development, particularly Sports Medicine, International Sports Competitions, and Athlete Training for global events
Ten years of experience securing national and international consultancies within ASE's 3 foci
Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development experience
Knowledge of Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation practices, emergency care and disaster response, global health, wellness, and environmental settings
Fifteen years of Experience working in international environments and multicultural teams including in leadership positions
Fluency in French
Ability to travel as necessary for project implementation and representation
