Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Laboratory testing, Sample analysis, and Quality assurance procedures
Experience with Clinical data interpretation, Microscopy, and Specimen preparation
Strong attention to detail, Analytical skills, and Problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
relevant certifications such as ASCP or AMT preferred
Prior experience in a medical laboratory setting is a plus
