Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients (in-person and over the phone), providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle follow-up communications in a timely, organized manner
Assist in coordinating services and resolving client concerns with attention to detail
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
Collaborate with internal departments (accounting, tax, payroll) to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction
Support office management and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
