Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative conversations
Understand client needs and recommend the right insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines
Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Handle renewals, endorsements, and provide support during claims
Stay current on industry trends and carrier offerings
Serve clients from our existing book of business and by bringing in new prospective clients

Qualification

Property & Casualty LicenseInsurance Sales ExperienceInsurance Management SystemsMicrosoft OfficeClient Service MindsetCommunication SkillsInterpersonal SkillsSelf-motivatedTeamwork

Required

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office
A mindset that combines a passion for sales with a commitment to exceptional client service

Preferred

Life & Health license is a plus
