Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company
Build talent pipelines
Manage job postings
Schedule and conduct interviews
Assist in onboarding
Collaborate with management to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently
Maintaining a positive candidate experience
Consistently improving recruitment strategies
Qualification
Required
Experience with talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment processes
General human resources knowledge, including onboarding and compliance
Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Ability to operate effectively in an on-site and fast-paced work environment
Preferred
Previous experience in the transportation or freight industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
